Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number the moment it ships.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and occasional delays can occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Order tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page anytime for live updates. Please allow 2–3 days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Customs, duties & taxes
Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your local authorities. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are unable to reroute packages once they've shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
